Experience Required: 2 years Minimum
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts
Work Schedule: 6 Days/week
Specific Skills: : Soft services specialist with Excellent communication abilities and comprehensive knowledge of chemical applications and safety protocols.
Service Management The executive oversees and coordinates soft services including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management,
landscaping, pest control, catering, reception services, and mailroom operations. They ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and contract specifications while maintaining quality across all touchpoints.
Vendor and Contract Management They manage relationships with soft service contractors and vendors, monitor contract performance against KPIs, conduct regular vendor assessments, and negotiate service levels. This includes coordinating with multiple service providers to ensure seamless integration of services.
Quality Assurance Regular inspections and audits verify service quality standards. The executive implements quality control processes, addresses service failures promptly, and develops corrective action plans. They gather occupant feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement.
