About this Role





We are seeking an International Roaming Network Support Specialist to join Group Technology within TSSI Networks in Pune or Bengaluru. You will act as a subject matter expert for international roaming platforms and services, helping maintain their availability, security and performance.

The role covers second-line operational support for 4G and 5G standalone and non-standalone networks, signalling platforms, roaming firewalls and value-added roaming services. You will resolve complex incidents, implement technical changes, improve network performance, support security remediation and contribute to the operational acceptance of recent platforms.
