Job Description

As an O2C Process Lead, you will join the Global Finance Transformation and Process Excellence team, driving the standardisation, optimisation, and governance of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across Experian's global operations. Reporting to the Global Process Owner (GPO), you will partner closely with Finance, Global Finance Services (GFS), Technology, and Transformation teams to deliver sustainable process improvements, support strategic change initiatives, and ensure alignment with global standards.
You will act as a key process expert and orchestrator,



helping to translate business requirements into scalable process solutions while balancing operational efficiency, control, compliance, and customer outcomes.
You'll have the prospect to:
• Lead end-to-end O2C process assessments, identifying opportunities for standardisation, automation, control enhancement, and operational efficiency across invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, collections, and customer master data.
• Translate global process standards into business requirements, process designs, functional documentation, and regional implementation activities while ensuring alignment with approved operating models.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Transformation teams to define requirements, evaluate solutions, support testing, and drive successful delivery of process improvement initiatives.
