As an Oracle HCM Functional Senior Associate you will implement Oracle Human Capital Management solutions for clients, analyze requirements, support solution design, and help improve human resources processes and talent management within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members,
and use qualified judgment to deliver work that aligns with project goals and business needs. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support Oracle HCM delivery efforts, contribute to client-focused workshops, assist with testing and deployment activities, and help drive adoption of applications that support seamless use of HCM tools.
Responsibilities
- Implementing Oracle Human Capital Management solutions across client engagements
- Analyzing functional requirements and translating them into configured HCM processes and workflows
- Managing assigned workstreams, project timelines, and delivery milestones within implementation efforts
- Supporting client workshops to gather input on human resources, talent, payroll, and time and labor needs
- Testing configured solutions, documenting issues, and coordinating resolution activities
