Job Summary
The Soft Services Executive is responsible for managing housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, pantry services, and other support services to ensure a clean, protected, hygienic, and pleasant environment for occupants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise housekeeping staff and outsourced service providers.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across all assigned areas.
• Monitor daily cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of housekeeping and soft service operations.
• Manage pantry, washroom, and consumable supplies.
• Coordinate pest control, waste management, and landscaping activities.
• Handle customer complaints related to soft services and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and ensure proper usage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on soft service activities.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Train housekeeping staff on SOPs, safety practices, and customer service.
• Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field.
