About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Organic Growth Lead to strengthen Exotel's digital presence and improve website performance and conversion.
You will own website management, landing page creation, organic growth through SEO, AEO and GEO and analytics-led optimisation. Working closely with Marketing, Design, Product and Sales, you will improve search visibility, enhance user experience and convert website traffic inro qualified business opportunities.

What will you do:
1. Organic Growth - SEO, AEO and GEO:




- Develop and execute SEO strategies covering keyword research, search intent, competitor analysis, and content optimisation.
- Implement technical and on-page SEO improvements, including site architecture, internal linking, indexation and structured data.
- Improve Exotel's discoverability across AI-powered search and answer engines through AEO and GEO initiatives.
- Identify content gaps and optimise existing website content to improve search visibility and attract relevant B2B audiences.
- Monitor organic search performance and continuously identify opportunities to improve qualified traffic and conversions.

2. Website Management and Landing Page creation:
- Manage and optimise website pages, product pages, blogs and resource sections using a CMS such as WordPress or Webflow.
