Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll. This role involves managing employee payroll changes, resolving discrepancies,
and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. The Payroll Specialist will also collaborate with various departments to provide payroll support and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Review payroll inputs and reports and assist with resolving discrepancies.
• Process employee payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments.
• Support time and attendance activities, including reviewing timecard errors and required corrections.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Manage payroll inbox requests and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Assist with payroll tax and compliance-related activities.
• Support year-end payroll activities, including employee and employer tax documents.
