Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Government & PSU Sales professional to join the JioStar Branded Content team.
The role will be responsible for developing and growing business from Central & State Government Departments, PSUs, Government agencies, Tourism Boards and other institutional clients by creating integrated branded content, television, digital and OTT-led solutions.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of the government business ecosystem and the ability to identify opportunities, develop client relationships, respond to tenders/RFPs and convert opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities
1. Government & PSU Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with Central/State Government departments, PSUs and government agencies.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with senior government officials, agencies and institutional stakeholders.

2. Branded Content Solution Selling
• Develop integrated proposals across TV, JioHotstar/OTT, digital, social, content integrations, documentaries,



IPs and on-ground/event-led opportunities.
• Work closely with creative, content, production, media and commercial teams to develop customised solutions.

3. Tender / RFP / EOI Management
• Track relevant government tenders, RFPs, EOIs and empanelment opportunities.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
• Work with internal legal, finance, commercial and business teams for timely submission and compliance.

5. Project & Revenue Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution of awarded projects.
• Track revenue, pipeline, collections and business MIS.

Skills & Attributes for success
• Strong understanding of Government / PSU sales ecosystem.
• Experience in media, advertising, branded content, digital, OTT or integrated marketing solutions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Government tenders, RFPs, EOIs and empanelment processes.
