Position Summary
JLL's Project & Development Services team is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Lead to manage civil and interior fit-out projects for commercial clients. The successful candidate will support project delivery from conception through completion,
ensuring quality execution within budget and timeline parameters while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
• Assist in managing end-to-end commercial fit-out projects including office spaces, retail outlets, and corporate facilities
• Coordinate civil and interior works including partitions, flooring, ceiling systems, HVAC integration, electrical installations, and specialized interior elements
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestone adherence and timely delivery
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, implementing corrective measures when necessary
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Facilitate regular project review meetings and provide
