Overview
The Program Manager is a member of the GTM Project Management Office (PMO), which focuses on the identification, development, and implementation of End to End (E2E) strategies and initiatives. The PMO is part of the Strategy and Operational Excellence Pillar in Supply Chain.

The GIC Program Manager manages assigned Supply Chain projects, programs, or workstreams from planning through implementation. This role creates structure, coordinates cross-functional contributors, tracks milestones and dependencies, manages risks and issues, and supports delivery of measurable business outcomes.



The GIC Program Manager works closely with cross-functional team members, initiative sponsors, and functional partners to translate approved priorities into executable plans and sustainable results.

The individual demonstrates solid project management fundamentals, collaboration, communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively across businesses, functions, cultures, and time zones.

Key Accountabilities

Program delivery
• Manage assigned projects or workstreams using the PMO project management framework and Run, Improve, Transform processes.
• Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action logs.
• Create structure and momentum in ambiguous situations by clarifying next steps, owners, and timing.
• Coordinate cross-functional project team members and facilitate working sessions, status meetings, and deli
