You will support engineering leadership by overseeing work across central services, DevOps, and data teams in a real-money gaming environment. Your mission will be to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to engineering operations while ensuring priorities and releases remain aligned. You will combine software engineering expertise with program management, automation, and data-driven reporting to improve how teams collaborate. You will also lead a small team of contract engineers and help establish scalable workflows. By leveraging APIs, dashboards, and AI-powered tools, you will reduce manual coordination and increase visibility across the engineering landscape.

Accountabilities:
You will coordinate cross-functional engineering delivery,



improve operational efficiency, and ensure teams have clear priorities, ownership, and visibility into progress.

Manage intake and triage for central services, DevOps, and data teams, determining request ownership, priorities, and delivery timelines.

Maintain a consolidated view of ongoing initiatives to coordinate parallel work, prevent conflicts, and protect delivery outcomes.

Track releases and communicate what has shipped, what is rolling out, and what is blocked, providing clear explanations of delivery decisions.

Identify stalled initiatives, resolve bottlenecks, and proactively address issues that could affect delivery.
