A Leading construction company is looking for an experienced in government liaison, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.

• Follow up on permits, licences, NOCs, and statutory approvals required for construction projects.

• Liaise with municipal authorities, planning departments, electricity boards, water authorities, and other relevant agencies.

• Coordinate documentation and submissions for building permissions and project-related approvals.

• Maintain professional relationships with officials, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Track approval status, renewal dates, compliance requirements, and pending documentation.

• Resolve administrative issues and support timely project execution.

• Prepare regular status reports and update management on approval progress.

• Ensure all liaison activities follow applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation,



and relationship-management skills.

• Knowledge of government procedures and construction-related approvals.

• Familiarity with permits, licences, NOCs, and statutory documentation.

• Excellent follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple approvals and deadlines.

• Skilled conduct, integrity, and attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel locally for official work and project coordination.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of experience in liaison activities, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.

• Experience coordinating with government departments and local authorities.

• A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
