- Requirement Gathering: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and identify functional and non-functional needs.

- Business Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, assess business challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.

- Documentation: Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, process flows, and other project documentation.

- Requirement Translation: Convert business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable technical specifications for development and technology teams.

- Client Proposals: Support the preparation of client proposals, solution documents, scope definitions, and requirement-based presentations in collaboration with the Business Development team.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Business Development, Project Management, Design, and Technology teams to ensure alignment on project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Project Execution Support: Track requirements, monitor changes, maintain requirement traceability, and support project teams throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.

- Stakeholder Management: Conduct requirement discussions, clarification sessions, and review meetings to ensure a common understanding of business needs and expected outcomes.

- Solution Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate deliverables against approved requirements, and assist in resolving functional gaps.

- Reporting and Tracking: Maintain requirement logs, action items, project documentation, and status updates to support timely and effective project delivery.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.E./B. Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA, or equivalent.





- Strong skills in requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, and process mapping.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and Power Point.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on client-facing projects and solution proposals.

- Familiarity with wireframing, workflow diagrams, and process modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.

- Understanding of API integrations, system workflows, and basic technical architecture.

- Exposure to user acceptance testing, requirement traceability, and change management processes.
