Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct laboratory and field tests for soil, aggregates, bitumen, concrete, GSB, and other construction materials.

- Prepare mix designs for GSB, WMM, concrete, and bituminous mixes (DBM).

- Monitor site quality activities and ensure compliance with applicable IS codes and project specifications.

- Coordinate calibration of RMC plants, hot mix plants, and relevant equipment.

- Prepare and maintain quality reports, test records, RFI, BIR, and other QC documentation.

- Perform field density tests and inspect construction activities to ensure quality standards.

- Maintain quality records and reports using MS Word and MS Excel.

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Practical knowledge of highway construction quality control and material testing.

- Experience in mix design, laboratory testing, and plant calibration.

- Valuable documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
