Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of human resource functions within our IT Services sector. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from initial recruitment to offboarding, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will drive key initiatives in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, serving as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for the workforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including bulk hiring campaigns, candidate screening, and onboarding to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Administer the Performance Management System (PMS) to facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning for staff.
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely compensation processing in alignment with statutory requirements.
- Design and deliver training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and organizational capabilities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention,
and overall organizational culture.
- Utilize HRMS platforms to maintain accurate employee records, streamline workflows, and generate insightful reports.
- Handle various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including transfers, promotions, and exit management.
Requirements Requirements:
- Possess 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the IT Services industry.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in managing the complete employee lifecycle and executing bulk recruitment strategies.
- Exhibit solid proficiency in HRMS and PMS tools, with the ability to leverage technology for efficient HR operations.
- Show expertise in payroll management, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant labor laws.
- Display exceptional skills in training and development coordination, capable of identifying learning gaps and implementing effective solutions.
- Possess the ability to design and execute employee engagement programs that resonate with a diverse workforce.
- Maintain a salary expectation within the range of ₹5-6 LPA.
