What you´ll do
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share.
• Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through customer visits and market prospecting.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Act as the primary customer contact, resolving commercial, quality, and delivery-related issues.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, demand plans, market intelligence reports, and support profitability and payment management.

What makes you a good fit
• Minimum 5 years of Industry experiance.
• Qualification - BE- Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial
• Steel/Coil Product Knowledge – Understanding of coil grades, specifications, industry standards, and processing operations.
• Sales & Business Development – Ability to generate leads,



acquire current customers, and achieve sales targets.
• Technical Selling – Conduct product presentations and provide application-based solutions to customers.
• Negotiation & Contract Management – Expertise in pricing, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Customer Relationship Management – Strong customer engagement, account management, and issue resolution skills.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, sales forecasting, and market analysis.
