Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the successful preparation and coordination of new products, features, and capabilities through effective cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and operational planning.
The ideal candidate excels at bringing clarity to complex initiatives, proactively identifying risks and dependencies, supporting stakeholder alignment, and coordinating execution against agreed launch plans.

and problem solvers who can navigate ambiguity and ensure the team is equipped for successful product adoption and operational readiness work effectively within a complex environment and support teams in achieving product adoption and operational readiness.
Job Responsibilities
1. Product Launch Process Execution
• Coordinate and support the execution of the product launch process across assigned products, features, and capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate launch planning activities, working with relevant stakeholders to define and track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness reviews, track agreed actions, and follow up with participating teams
• Support consistent and effective execution of launch activities in line with agreed objectives, processes, and best practices
• Monitor launch progress, identify potential blockers, and work with relevant stakeholders to address or escalate issues that may impact launch success
