• Blasting of substrates, fixtures and machine parts
• Involve in maintenance activities of blasting machines
• Fixture maintenance
• Adherence to all safety requirements
• Ensure all process and activity is done as per QMS & EMS standard
• Maintain safety,5S & discipline within department
• Working for continous improvement & excellence in performance of function
• Oversee failures and Inititate preventive Action and Suggest Improvement Ideas.
Required education, experience, knowledge
• Must be diploma in mechanical Engineering Fresher or min with 6 months to 2 years of work experience in blasting operation surface preparation process in coating industry.
• Customer oriented approach.
• Positive communication and skills
• Open and positive mindset
• Must be ready to work for 6 days with 3 rotational shifts
