Developer – D&C; Project Controls Program
Position Overview
The Project Intake Developer serves as the technical backbone of the Design & Construction (D&C;) Project Controls Program's intake platform. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Project Intake product — from maintaining platform stability and resolving customer-reported issues, to designing and delivering feature upgrades that enhance the user experience. The Developer operates at the intersection of software engineering, customer support,



and product delivery, ensuring the intake platform remains reliable, performant, and aligned with evolving business needs across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
A core function of this role is translating customer feedback and operational pain points into actionable technical improvements, managing the product backlog, and communicating platform changes clearly and proactively to stakeholders. The Developer is expected to own the full product lifecycle — triaging defects, shipping enhancements, maintaining data integrity, and building trust with customers through transparent, timely communication about what's changing and why.
