Labcorp is seeking a Flow Cytometry Analyst I, to join our team at Yeshwantpur in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Work Schedule
40 hours a week (Monday to Friday) in a rotational shift

Job Responsibilities

The individual should possess knowledge of regulatory requirements, LabCorp CTTS business practices and processes, process improvement, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills are demonstrated, as well as being organized and having attention to detail. Support and expertise in providing and achieving regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction by educating, analyzing, and facilitating improvements.

• Perform assigned clinical laboratory flow cytometry analysis accurately and in a timely manner.

• Resolve pending items. Retrieve and check specimens against the pending list.
• Document specimen discrepancies. Notify laboratory management when
