We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Design and build high-concurrency, low-latency and resilient backend services that support business-critical customer and colleague journeys.

• Develop and maintain distributed systems architecture using event-driven and microservices-based design patterns.





• Engineer real-time event processing pipelines using Kafka to support voice, transcription and workflow orchestration use cases.

• Implement and optimise Redis for distributed caching, session state management and quick data access across services.

• Design effective MongoDB data models for contact, session and configuration domains, ensuring scalability, maintainability and performance.

• Build and operate cloud-native solutions on Amazon Web Services, including compute, networking, secrets management and messaging capabilities.

• Apply strong engineering practices across Application Programming Interface design, resilience, monitoring, observability and production support.

• Work closely with architecture, voice engineering and cross-functional technology teams to deliver reliable platforms that can be adopted quickly and scaled confidently.
