We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a solid background in software engineering and technical project execution. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of overall experience, including prior hands-on software engineering experience and proven expertise in managing complex technical programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering software initiatives successfully.
This role is suited for professionals who understand software development from the ground up and can bridge the gap between engineering teams, product management, and business stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, identifying technical risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
• Technical Program Management: Lead end-to-end planning, execution,



and delivery of complex software engineering programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Software Engineering Collaboration: Leverage prior software development experience to understand technical architecture, engineering challenges, dependencies, and implementation approaches.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with software engineers, engineering managers, product managers, QA teams, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
• Program Planning and Execution: Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and success metrics for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Risk and Dependency Management: Identify technical and operational risks, resolve blockers, manage inter-team dependencies, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
