Job Summary:
Reporting to the Company's Head of India, the lead supports the establishment and maintenance of a values driven,



high-performance culture locally while leading a team of professionals in underwriting, financial modeling, and research to support real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development opportunities across the portfolio. The lead helps build, train and manage the team, adopts and demonstrates best practices, and defines/establishes work processes and deliverables. This individual will review work product for accuracy, quality, consistency, and timeliness to achieve functional service metrics and key performance indicators.
Additionally, the lead collaborates with US-based functional leaders across disciplines, including
Investments, Asset Management, Legal, Accounting, Leasing, Development, Finance, and Property Management, to prepare materials for the Investment Committee and Executive team.
