We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to own the execution, optimization, and scaling of paid digital marketing campaigns across key acquisition channels. This role combines hands-on channel management with strategic thinking, data analysis, experimentation, and commercial ownership to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing multi-channel performance campaigns, meaningful media budgets, and data-driven optimization initiatives. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, collaborating cross-functionally, identifying growth opportunities, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Campaign Management

• Own the execution, optimization, and scaling of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads,



and TikTok Ads.

• Manage campaign setup, bidding strategies, budget allocation, pacing, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization.

• Optimize campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, and creatives to improve efficiency and growth.

• Lead performance campaigns for seasonal events, promotional initiatives, and always-on acquisition programs.

• Identify opportunities to scale high-performing channels while maintaining efficient CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth.

Media Strategy & Partner Management

• Work closely with media partners and advertising platforms to resolve technical issues, implement platform updates, and identify growth opportunities.

• Support budget allocation and channel strategy based on performance trends and business priorities.

• Evaluate new acquisition opportunities and recommend channels or strategies with strong growth potential.
