? What's your mission?
To lead, coordinate, and continuously improve manufacturing operations at the Navi Mumbai India Plant, ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives through effective management of people, processes, and resources. Drive operational excellence, team capability development, and the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic international business setting.
?️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
1. Production Operations Management (End-to-End Ownership)
• Own and drive execution of the production plan in close coordination with the Planning team.

• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly,



and monthly operational targets related to OTIF, productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.

• Lead and manage the production organization, including Coordinators, Team Leaders, and shift teams.

• Oversee a manufacturing workforce of production team, as per requirement.

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day plant operations while maintaining production continuity.

2. People Leadership and Capability Development
• Lead, coach, develop, and assess production teams across all organizational levels.

• Define manpower requirements, workforce planning, and shift structures to support business needs.

• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.

• Drive employee engagement, motivation, and talent development initiatives.

• Manage employee relations and support effective conflict resolution.

• Promote a collaborative and positive work
