About the role

You will be Pulse's first dedicated Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist. About 70% of your time goes to full-cycle hiring across APAC and the Middle East; the other 30% goes to running the people operations that keep a remote, multi-country team working smoothly.

This is a builder role. You will set up how we hire and how we onboard and support our people, partner closely with founders and leaders, and directly shape who joins Pulse as we scale.

What you'll do

Talent acquisition (70%)





• Own full-cycle recruitment: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding handover.
• Hire across APAC and the Middle East, adapting to each market's talent pool, compensation norms, notice periods, and work permit considerations.
• Recruit for fintech roles (product, engineering, risk, compliance, payments, operations) and for marketing and affiliate roles (performance marketing, affiliate and partnership managers, media buying, SEO, CRM).
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, job boards, and targeted headhunting.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Set up and run hiring processes from scratch: job descriptions, interview structures, scorecards, and an ATS.
• Advise hiring managers on market availability, salary benchmarks, and realistic timelines.
