Context
We are seeking applications for the position of Chief Traction Distribution, SCADA and MIMIC Panel Integration Expert for Phase-I Extension and Phase-II Projects of Pune Metro Rail Project (PMRP)
The project involves the engagement of a General Consultant (GC) for providing comprehensive consultancy services for the implementation of the Pune Metro Rail Project – Phase-I Extension and Phase-II. The scope broadly covers project management, design and engineering review, construction supervision, contract management, quality assurance, safety, testing and commissioning,
and overall monitoring of the works.
Missions/Main Duties
1. Traction Power System
• Review and supervise the design and implementation of the Metro traction power supply system.
• Review traction substation (TSS), auxiliary/receiving substations and associated equipment.
• Review technical specifications, SLDs, protection schemes and equipment layouts.
• Ensure proper interface between traction power, OHE/third rail and other electrical systems.
• Monitor installation, testing and commissioning of traction equipment.
2. Electrical Distribution System
• Review HT/LT distribution arrangements for stations, depots and other project facilities.
