Position Overview:
Provides leadership and oversight for the Service Management group.



Ensures ongoing oversight, facilitation and administration of ITIL based service support to manage and oversee service delivery through processes, including incident, major incident, problem, request and change management. Coordinates client-facing resources, client management, and potential client partners to facilitate compliance with service quality commitments

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes
• Manages the efforts of professional Service Management team.
• Ensures team members follow established procedures and deliver exceptional client service across all aspects of service delivery, including:
o Major Incident Management,
o Change Management, and
o Problem evaluation and resolution.
• Collaborates with internal partners, including the Change Advisory Board, Problem Review Board and other stakeholders to ensure frequent and ongoing communication and reporting.
