**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **Purpose** Provides systems analysis, design, development, testing and support on highly complex technical information system components. **Experience requirements:** + Robust hands-on experience with **Oracle APEX** / Forms development. + Strong **Oracle PL/SQL** programming, troubleshooting, analytical and performance tuning skills. + Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise-level Oracle database applications. + Excellent interpersonal skills to train/mentor/work cross-functionally within the organization + Ability to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable business applications. + Experience with Java development preferred. **Knowledge,
