**Job Summary** We are seeking a Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Insurance Cloud Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on delivering high-quality solutions in the insurance domain. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. + Oversee the implementation of Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio to enhance business processes. + Provide expertise in SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces. + Manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow across systems. + Configure SFDC to align with organizational needs and optimize performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions. + Ensure the scalability and reliability of Salesforce applications. + Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system integrity.
