+ Ability to architect routing design and development for the customer + Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call + Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills + Sales force integration will be added advantage + Auto Attendant creation and Setup + Positive understanding of Digital channel, Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
