We are currently seeking a Info Technology Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
In these roles you will be responsible for:
• Analyze data to identify inaccuracies and anomalies
• Investigate anomalous or faulty data
• Adopt data corrections measures and/or log tickets to escalate to client-facing support teams
• Streamline the data auditing process and bring inefficiencies wherever possible
Requirements for this role include:
• Points to emphasize: Graduate Fresher, non-technical background
• Have experience of Data Audting using Ops Portal (Operational Portal) and Remedy
• Ability to communicate (Oral/ Written) effectively to exchange information with our client
• Solid Analytical skills
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
Preferences:
- Optional (nice-to-haves)Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our clients.
• Any non-BTech graduate with English as a compulsory subject
• Required schedule availability for this position is any 5 days in the week. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to work on an extra day basis business requirement.
