L1 Network Support Engineer - Guwahati / Siliguri

Location: Guwahati / Siliguri
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days)
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Description: We are looking for an L1 Network Support Engineer to provide first-level network support and field operations assistance. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Routing & Switching, network troubleshooting and incident handling. Positive communication skills and the ability to work in rotational shifts are essential.
Key Skills:

• Basic understanding of Routing & Switching
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting
• Field operations/network support experience preferred
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and network devices
• CCNA certified/preferred (CCNP is an added advantage)




• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work from office and in rotational shifts

Experience: 1.5 - 4 Years
Education: Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
Note: Candidates must be comfortable with field operations, WFO (5 days), and rotational shift schedules.
