About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant - Product Owner, AI Agentic. In this role, you will help shape and deliver cutting-edge AI agentic solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen risk and control processes, and improve employee and customer experiences across the enterprise. As a Product Owner, you will partner closely with business, technology, data, and AI teams to define product strategy, prioritize capabilities, and drive execution of AI-powered solutions that support Wells Fargo's commitment to operational excellence, execution discipline, and customer-centric outcomes. The role aligns closely with the Chief Operating Office (COO) mission of advancing automation, process simplification, and enterprise transformation while maintaining a strong risk and control environment.

In this role, you will:

• Lead cross-functional teams in defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI agentic solutions aligned with business priorities and enterprise goals
• Own and prioritize the product backlog,



translating complex business needs into clear product requirements, capabilities, and measurable outcomes
• Drive accountability for strategic initiatives by monitoring progress, managing dependencies, mitigating risk, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Evaluate business processes, product performance, data, and stakeholder feedback to identify complex issues and recommend innovative, scalable solutions
• Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations by balancing business value, customer and employee experience, technology feasibility, risk, controls, and regulatory considerations
• Partner with business, technology, data, AI, risk, and control teams to resolve issues, facilitate decisions, and support successful implementation and adoption
