1. Compliance of all indirect taxes including GST Monthly/Annual Returns.
2. Preparation & Finalise data for GST Refund application.
3. Handling GST audit conducted by Government Agencies, assessments, and attending appeals.
4. Compliance of all direct taxes including TDS Returns, Tax Audits, ITR, and transfer pricing audit reports.
5. Handling Income tax and Transfer Pricing assessments and attending appeals.
6. Liaison with tax consultants and auditors.
7. Supervising and analysing the overall Accounts & Finance and reporting trend analysis and key indicators.
8. Responsible for monthly, quarterly,
and yearly closing of books of accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards.
9. Preparation of budgets, business plans, internal projections, and monitoring the same with variance, exception and other MIS reports.
10. Finalisation of accounts and dealing with statutory auditors, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting policies and accounting standards.
11. Handling statutory returns pertaining to registrar of companies and various other government bodies.
12. Liaison with bank for various banking matters (BG/OD/loan) etc.
