Role Purpose
Haleon India's e-commerce business is a priority growth lever, and the Growth Analytics Manager is the person who turns our platform and market data into decisions.



The role owns the business intelligence layer for DCommerce: platform-level dashboards, city-level reporting and daily market share tracking across marketplaces, quick commerce and e-pharma for all brands.
This is not a reporting/ data analytics role. The Growth Analytics Manager defines what we measure, makes sure the numbers can be trusted, and tells the business what to do next.
What Will The Person Own
● Platform dashboards: one consistent, decision-ready dashboard view per platform (offtake units, MRP value, NSV, share, availability, pricing), with brand, subcategory, SKU and NPI cuts built in.
● City-level reporting: city and cluster views of QCom and marketplace performance, so we can see where we are winning or losing, not just how we are doing nationally ; and actionability on pincodes/ RPI with strongly correlated inputs of promos and visibility
