We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, GST and TDS compliance, payroll coordination, and monthly closing activities. The candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management.
• Manage day-to-day accounting, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, bank books, and cash books.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and timely statutory compliance.
• Prepare and verify GST invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial statements,



including the Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities as required.
• Monitor expenses, maintain proper documentation, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Assist in payroll processing, employee reimbursement accounting, and statutory deductions.
• Maintain inventory and stock-related accounting records in coordination with the operations team.
• Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and company procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field; M.Com or CA Inter preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally Prime, and MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of income tax, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
