• Assist patients in booking surgeries and medical consultations
• Clearly and empathetically explain procedures, treatments, and services
• Build trust and maintain solid relationships with leads via phone and digital communication
• Coordinate between doctors, hospitals, and patients to ensure a smooth and seamless healthcare journey
Who We’re Looking For
• 0–6 month of experience in sales, customer service, telecalling,
or healthcare coordination
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• A people-first mindset with empathy and patience
• Freshers with confidence, positive energy, and willingness to learn are welcome
