Role Description This is a full-time, in office Export Documentation Executive role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The role involves preparing and managing export-related documents such as shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, and certificates required for customs and regulatory compliance.



The Export Documentation Executive will coordinate with internal teams, customers, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure timely and accurate submission of documents for export shipments. Daily tasks include verifying data, maintaining organized records, tracking shipment status, and resolving documentation-related queries or discrepancies. The role also includes ensuring adherence to company procedures and export regulations, and supporting continuous improvement in documentation processes.
