About SSV Agro Products
SSV Agro Products, a group firm of Suganya Sustainable Ventures Pvt. Ltd., is a Coimbatore-based wholesale trading company. We supply arecanut, black pepper and cardamom in bulk across India, including imports from Sri Lanka. Our processing and packing unit is in Thondamuthur, and our corporate office is in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.
We are now launching our HoReCa division. It will supply hotels, restaurants and caterers with spices, pulses, flour, edible oils and dairy, packed to each kitchen’s requirements.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to build our HoReCa business in the Coimbatore region from the ground up. As one of the first members of the HoReCa sales team, you will open new accounts, build solid customer relationships, and help shape how we go to market. This is an incentive-driven role with strong earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach and win new hotel, restaurant, catering and institutional kitchen accounts across Coimbatore
• Convert trial orders into regular,



repeat business
• Build and maintain relationships with chefs, owners and purchase managers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right product mix and packing
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and smooth order execution
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
• Gather market intelligence on pricing, competitors and customer needs, and share insights to strengthen our HoReCa offering
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Maintain records of customer visits, leads and orders, and report regularly to the Head – Sales & Marketing

Requirements
• 3–5 years of field sales experience in the HoReCa / food service segment
• Experience selling food products such as spices, staples, FMCG food or food service supplies
• An established network of hotels, restaur
