Key Responsibilities:




• Develop and acquire new B2B customers for road-sweeping machine rentals across Chhattisgarh and neighboring regions.
• Identify business opportunities across industrial, infrastructure, mining, steel, cement, logistics, warehousing, healthcare and other large facilities.
• Generate leads through direct prospecting, market visits, networking, referrals and institutional contacts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, site visits, proposals, quotations, negotiations and contract closure.
• Identify and pursue relevant private, PSU, government and GeM tender opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual rental revenue targets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, drive contract renewals and additional machine deployments.
• Coordinate with Operations, Service and Finance teams to ensure smooth machine deployment, mac
