We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager who can build and strengthen Digital Nomadians’ own brand presence across social media platforms. The primary focus of this role is to establish the company as a trusted name in the digital marketing industry through engaging content, strong branding, founder-led content, and consistent organic growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Brand Building
• Develop and execute a social media strategy to build Digital Nomadians’ brand identity and online presence.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Create strategies to increase organic reach, followers, engagement, brand awareness, and inbound business inquiries.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and content style across all platforms.

2. Content Creation & Planning
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with company branding and business goals.
• Create engaging social media posts, carousels, reels, stories,



short-form videos, and industry-related content.
• Develop creative content around SEO, link building, digital marketing trends, case studies, industry insights, and company achievements.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, headlines, scripts, and calls to action.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement.

3. LinkedIn & Founder Branding
• Build a solid LinkedIn presence for Digital Nomadians and its founder.
• Develop personal branding content showcasing industry expertise, experiences, opinions, case studies, and business insights.
• Create thought leadership posts that position the company as an authority in SEO, link building, and digital marketing.
• Identify relevant trends and conversations to increase visibility among potential clients, marketing agencies, and business owners.

4. Reels & Video Content
• Develop creative ideas and scripts for Insta
