Role Description The Manager of Sales is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram Tehsil,



responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration for NoBrokerHood’s community management solutions. This position oversees end-to-end sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. The role involves developing and executing business plans, identifying and converting new opportunities with gated societies, and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as society management committees and resident welfare associations. The Manager of Sales will lead and mentor a sales team, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and demos, negotiating contracts, ensuring high standards of customer service, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decisions.
