About the Role
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial professional to lead the expansion of our emerging sales channels. This role will focus on scaling marketplace partnerships, building new chemist sales channels, developing B2B ingredient partnerships, and establishing a doctor and nutritionist affiliate network.

Key Responsibilities
• Emerging Marketplace Growth: Scale platforms such as Tata 1mg, PharmEasy, HealthKart, Hugalife, Kindlife, Nykaa, Myntra Wellness, BB Now, Amazon Now, Flipkart Minutes, and JioMart.
• New Channel Development:



Lead channel onboarding, commercial negotiations, documentation, catalogue setup, and go-live execution.
• Chemist Sales Channel: Build and pilot an online chemist outreach model using AI-enabled and human telecalling, with fulfilment through nearby logistics hubs.
• B2B Partnerships: Develop and scale partnerships with online and offline brands to supply Valuable Monk products as ingredients.
• Doctor & Nutritionist Affiliate Channel: Build an outreach-led channel to drive product awareness and recommendations in collaboration with the nutrition team.
• Sales & Performance Management: Own channel-level sales targets, order volumes, average order value (AOV), advertising spend, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Marketplace Operations: Coordinate with supply chain, design, and brand teams to ensure catalogue accuracy, content quality, stock availability, fulfilment, and timely issue resolution.
