Role Description
Business Development Associate (Growth & Partnerships)

This role is half dealmaker, half doer. During the week you’ll pitch corporates, sign sponsors and bring gyms, run clubs and sports communities on board. On race day, you’ll be on the ground making it all happen.

What you’ll do
• Close corporate partnerships, sponsorships and group registrations
• Build a community of gyms, run clubs and fitness groups




• Own your pipeline from first call to signed deal
• Get hands-on with event operations
• Travel across cities as events need

What you bring
• 1–2 years in sales or business development
• Confident English and a knack for pitching
• Hustle, follow-through and full ownership
• A love for sports (bonus if you’ve played)
• Experience in sports, events or media is a plus
• Available to join immediately
