Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Executive-Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in recruitment operations, and the ability to drive process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and data-driven talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
•Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
•Develop sourcing strategies to attract quality talent across multiple channels.
•Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Stakeholder Management
•Build solid relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
•Conduct regular hiring reviews and provide recruitment updates.
•Act as a trusted talent advisor to business stakeholders.

Talent Acquisition Operations
•Manage and ensure timely and accurate updating and maintenance of all Talent Acquisition trackers,



and operational data.
•Manage vendor coordination and contract-related activities, including documentation, renewals, and maintaining vendor records.
•Prepare and maintain quarterly and annual recruitment data and reports for business and leadership review.
•Manage pre-onboarding activities for selected candidates, ensuring all required documentation and coordination are completed before the date of joining.
•Coordinate and track Background Verification (BGV) activities and ensure timely completion as per the defined process.
•Work closely with recruiters, HR, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of TA operations and pre-onboarding processes.

TA Analytics and Reporting
•Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity hiring, and pipeline health.
•Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.
