Role Description The PoSH - Business Development Executive role is a full-time,



on-site position based in Pune City. This role focuses on identifying and developing recent business opportunities related to PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) programs, partnerships, and services for organizations and institutions. The PoSH - Business Development Executive will conduct lead generation through outreach, networking, and follow-ups, maintain and grow client accounts, and present PoSH solutions that align with the foundation’s mission and compliance requirements. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective partners, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating meetings and training sessions, and maintaining accurate records of business development activities in CRM or similar tools. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective program delivery, collecting feedback, and supporting long-term relationship building with clients and stakeholders.
