Junior Interior Designer
Studio Śra · Full-time · Viman Nagar, Pune (In office)
₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month + travel expenses
About the studio
Studio Śra is a boutique interior architecture practice in Pune, working across luxury residences, hospitality, and developer spaces. We’re interested in how a space actually works — how people move through it, what it’s made of, how it holds up over years rather than seasons. Our projects are material-led and detail-driven, and we see them through every phase, from first sketch to site.
You can see our work at www.studioshra.com and follow the studio on Instagram at @studioshra.
The role
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to learn properly. You’ll work alongside the design team across live projects rather than on isolated tasks, and you’ll see how a project moves from concept to completion.
• Space planning and developing layout options
• Preparing construction drawings — plans, elevations, details
• 3D modelling and visualisation
• Researching and sourcing FF&E;, materials,
and finishes
• Assembling moodboards, material palettes, and presentation sets
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors, including site visits
What we’re looking for
• Must be based in Pune
• A degree or diploma in interior design, interior architecture, or architecture
• 6 months to 1 year of experience, including internships
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; familiarity with Enscape and the Adobe suite
• A real eye for proportion, material, and detail
• Organised, communicative, and genuinely curious about how things get built
Why Studio Śra
A small team, which means exposure to every part of a project rather than one slice of it. You’ll work directly with senior designers and the founder, visit sites regularly, and build a portfolio of work worth showing.
