We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (SEO/SMO Specialist) to join our team and take ownership of our digital marketing, SEO and social media presence.

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday off

? Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute SEO & SMO strategies for an Australian insurance brokerage.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research and content optimisation.
• Improve organic search rankings, website traffic and online visibility.
• Manage social media strategy, content planning and engagement.
• Create and implement digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop SEO-focused content relevant to Australian insurance products and services.
• Monitor Google rankings, website analytics and campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and brand awareness.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates,



SEO trends and digital marketing best practices.
• Work independently and manage marketing activities from planning through execution.

⭐ What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of relevant SEO/SMO & digital marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, Google Analytics/Search Console and keyword research.
• Experience with content strategy and social media platforms.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and market insurance/financial services content.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a WFH environment.
• Experience working with Australian businesses/markets will be an advantage.
