Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Tele Callers focused on sales and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) calls. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote printing and bag-making machinery, explain product features, and generate sales leads.



Tele Callers will also contact existing clients to discuss AMC renewals, follow up on service requirements, and support the scheduling of maintenance visits. Daily activities include maintaining call records, updating customer information in the CRM or call logs, and coordinating with the sales and service teams to ensure timely action on customer requests. The role requires consistent achievement of call targets, adherence to call scripts and company guidelines, and delivering professional, customer-centric communication.
Qualifications
• Strong telecalling and communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
• Sales and customer relationship capabilities, such as lead generation, basic negotiation, and follow-up management for product sales and AMC renewals.
